We live in a challenging culture when it comes to death. We are taught to fear death as children and young adults, and then we engage in a pretty intense mourning ritual when it happens. Death is not something often talked about to children, taught in schools (or even churches), or comfortable for many adults to talk about in casual conversations. It is simply culturally taboo until it is upon us. Until we ourselves are faced with death; by a loved ones passing, or the realization of our own mortality via deep thought or serious illness, we don’t really address it. Regardless, death is uncomfortable for many to process. Because of these conditioning elements, it is often terrifying for the person preparing to cross over as well. Using ancient and traditional practices, we help the person crossing over feel at peace, at ease, safe, and accompanied. In the presence and with the participation of the family, we use a combination of healing practices to include crystals, chant, sound vibrational therapy, Reiki, and collective thought to help the person traveling feel empowered, loved, respected, adorned, and “ready”.
